How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please send us an email.

We will reply within 24-48 hours with the return address. The item must be unused, the packaging can only be opened minimally, and any free gifts (if applicable) must be returned in full.

Once we receive the item, we will either issue a refund or exchange it for another product. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving the item. We process refunds via credit card or PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your bank account. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery for all returns or exchanges.
